Toni Ann Dean

BROOKFIELD - Toni Ann (Ferlaino) Dean, 70, passed away peacefully Saturday, July 12, 2025 surrounded by her family.

Toni was born in East Liverpool, Ohio on September 29, 1954 to loving parents Anthony M Ferlaino Sr. and Anna (Trivelli) Ferlaino.

She graduated from Cardinal Mooney Highschool in 1973. Toni attended Cuyahoga Community College and Youngstown State University. Spending most of her working years at Forum Health Care and Trustmark Life Ins Co, where she retired in 2019.

Toni was a defender of her faith, which was a very important part of her life since childhood.

She leaves behind her cherished partner of 10 years, Martin Wollam, who gave her great love and happiness. She considered her greatest gift from God her precious daughter, Melanie Dean of Columbus, who gave her immeasurable joy and unsurpassed pride. She also leaves her sister-in-law, Sharon Ferlaino (Clark King) of the Villages, FL; godson, Giovanni Ferlaino; and Martin's children, Myles (Kara Mitchell) Wollam and Lori (Al) Manke.

Toni was preceded in death by her parents; her sister, Marina Ferlaino, and brother, Anthony M Ferlaino Jr. Their passing took part of her heart with them. She mourned their passing until she died.

Toni was loving, affectionate, and giving. Qualities which she happily shared with Martin’s grandchildren Lila Manke and Mitchell Wollam. Also special to her were Bryson King and Marina Fusco King. She considered herself a fortunate person to have the love and support of extended family of cousins who were always at her side as family should at sacrifice to themselves.

Family and friends may call Thursday, July 17, 2025 from 4 to 7 pm at the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Homes, Boardman-Canfield Chapel.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday, July 18, 2025 at 12:30 pm at St. Patrick Church in Hubbard.
