Timothy P. Powers

BOARDMAN — Timothy P. Powers, born Feb. 20, 1965, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, passed away peacefully at his home, Tuesday, Oct. 1, 2024.

A 1984 graduate of Boardman High School, he set a cross-country record in 1983.Timothy became a member of the Youngstown Road Runners. He also was an avid race car fan and a collector of coins and sports cards.

He is survived by his son, Patrick Powers of Bar Harbor, Maine; mother, Gail A. Baldwin Powers of Girard; and his brother, John R. Powers of Girard.

Timothy was preceded in death by his father, John G. Powers.

A visitation will be held in his honor 4 to 6 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 9, 2024, at the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Home-Boardman-Canfield Chapel, 3701 Starr’s Centre Drive.
