POLAND - Ronald F. Slipkasky Jr., 56, passed away March 6, 2026.
Ronald was born March 9, 1969 in Youngstown.
Ron was a 1987 graduate of Boardman High School and received a Bachelor of Accounting Degree from YSU.
He had a lengthy, successful career with AVI Food Systems in Warren where he worked for 30+ years. But when he wasn't doing the day job, he was devoted to his other passion.

He also coached traveling teams, winning numerous tournaments across the country, including in the last four years with the Mahoning Valley Premier (MVP) Club. Before that, he played for Team USA traveling teams, as well as two-player and six-player beach and indoor teams. He taught girls the fundamentals of the game, to be accountable, to work hard, to embrace teamwork and to enjoy the game.
Ron is survived by his mother, Linda Rudibaugh Slipkasky of Poland; sister, Amy (Michael) Rinaldi of Poland; nephew, Angelo Rinaldi; aunt, Lorraine Smith of Wooster; and an uncle, John (Sue) Rudibaugh of Westerville.
Ron was preceded in death by his father, Ronald F. Slipkasky Sr.
