Canfield Twp. - Roger W. Diegele, 55, passed away unexpectedly at his home on March 9, 2026. Roger was born on 7-14-1970, in Medina, Ohio, the son of the late Fred and Bonnie (Smith) Diegele.

Roger was a 1988 graduate of Canfield High School, where he learned the title of 1987 Weightlifting Champion. Following high school, he pursued a career as an HVAC installer, a trade he worked in for many years.

In his free time, Roger enjoyed boating, fishing, hunting, and riding his motorcycle. He was also a lifelong and devoted fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Roger leaves to cherish his memory his longtime companion of 14 years, his "Sunshine," Jill Thompson of Canfield; two sons, Jeff Diegele and Brendan Bova both of Canfield; four grandchildren, Dominic and Carmella, and two other granddaughters and many friends and neighbors with whom he enjoyed spending time with, especially Nicole, Khloe, and Cody.

In honoring Roger's wishes, there were no services.
