Roger Diegele

Canfield Twp. - Roger W. Diegele, 55, passed away unexpectedly at his home on March 9, 2026. Roger was born on July 14, 1970, in Medina, Ohio, the son of the late Fred and Bonnie (Smith) Diegele.

Roger was a 1988 graduate of Canfield High School, where he earned the title of the 1987 Weightlifting Champion. Following high school, he pursued a career as an HVAC installer, a trade he worked in for many years.

In his free time, Roger enjoyed boating, fishing, hunting, and spending time with friends and neighbors. He was also a lifelong and devoted fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Roger leaves to cherish his memory his longtime companion of 14 years, his "Sunshine," Jill Thompson of Canfield; two sons, Jeff Diegele and Brenden Bova both of Canfield; four grandchildren, Dominic, Carmella, and two other granddaughters.

In honoring Roger's wishes, there will be no services.
