YOUNGSTOWN - Robert Ralph Bell, 62, died on July 22, 2025, at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Youngstown.
Bob was born on August 21, 1962, in Youngstown, a son of Frank Patrick Bell and the former Sandra Jean Genova.
He was a graduate of Woodrow Wilson High School. Bob served as a police officer at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Youngstown. He was an avid hunter and an animated storyteller, captivating his family and friends with stories that included sound effects. Bob cherished his time at the family cabin with friends and loved ones, as well as the daily video calls with his nephews, who were like sons to him.
Above all, Bob lived for his children who were the light of his life. He was proud of his role as a father and held a deep love for his granddaughter, Haven Bell.
Bob is survived by his son, Vito Bell, of Youngstown; daughters, Gianna and Mia Bell both of Youngstown; sister, Margaret "Peggy" (Dave) Jack, of Poland; brothers, Frank (Michelle) Beato, of Columbiana, Tony (Ursula) Bell, of Poland, and John (Jeneane) Beato, of Poland; granddaughter, Haven Bell; nieces and nephews, Kristen (Josh) Brett, David (Natasha) Jack, Kayli Jack, Luco, Gino, Dante, and Rocco Beato; Anthony and Frank Bell, Bella, Giovanni, and Marco Beato.
In addition to his parents, Bob was preceded in death by his son, Santino Bell.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 2:00 PM on Friday, July 25, 2025 at at Christ Our Savior, St. Nicholas Church, 764 5th St, Struthers, OH 44471.
