AUSTINTOWN - Private services were held Thursday at the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Home for Mrs. Pauline Ann Giampietro, 75, who died early Monday morning in St. Elizabeth's emergency room.
She was born March 16, 1939, in Youngstown, a daughter of Paul and Virginia Marie Fish Petrillo. Pauline was raised by her grandmother, Lucy Fish, after her mother died.
She was a 1957 graduate of South High and received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from Youngstown State University in 1963. Pauline was a member of Tau Kappa Nu Sorority and St. Joseph Church in Austintown.
She enjoyed cooking and especially loved taking care of her family.
Pauline leaves to cherish her memory her husband, Joseph, whom she married Jan. 5, 1963; two sons, Charles Giampietro of Bergholz and Joseph (Brandy) Giampietro of Salineville; four grandchildren, Charles Giampietro, Brittney (Josh) Benedetto, and Jessica and Nicholas Kress.
Arrangements are by the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Home, Austintown Chapel.
