Austintown - Funeral services will be held at 9:30 AM Wednesday, August 12, 2026, at the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Home, Austintown Chapel, for Paul Thomas Logan, 88 of Austintown, who passed away Sunday evening, August 9, 2026, at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Boardman. Thomas, as he was known as, was born February 5, 1938, in Warren, the son of Raymond and Margurite (Wormly) Logan. He was a graduate of St. Mary's High School and had worked for Pierless Winn Smith as a fluidizer for 22 years. Thomas also worked as a bus driver for many local school districts after retiring from Peerless Winsmith. Thomas was a member of Grace Nazarene Church for many years when he was able to attend. He was also a member of The Promise Keepers and was a big NASCAR fan. Thomas leaves his wife, the former Lynda Hall, whom he married June 29, 1985. He also leaves five daughters, Kathleen Logan of Austintown, Joyce Vincent of Cleveland, Cindy Logan of North Carolina, Debbie Jones of Niles, and Jennifer Jennings and her husband Ken of Brookfield, two sons, Joe Logan and Edward Logan both of Austintown, one sister Maureen Samuelson of Howland, as well as 12 grandchildren and several great grandchildren. Besides his parents, Thomas was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Cassie, and a sister Marcelline Kennedy. Family and friends may call from 9 AM until the time of services at the funeral home.
