Paul Thomas Gabriel Jr.

Austintown - Paul Thomas Gabriel Jr., 73 of Austintown passed away early Saturday morning, May 23, 2026, as Briarfield at Ashley Circle. Paul was born June 25, 1952, in Youngstown, the son of the late Paul Thomas Sr. and Nina Gabriel. He was a proud graduate of Woodrow Willison High School, class of 1970 and has worked for General Motors in Lordstown for more than 30 years retiring as a foreman in 2006. Paul married the love of his life, Christina Villy, on August 31, 1973, and they were married for 39 years until her passing in 2012. Together Paul and Christina raised two children, Danielle Suber of Youngstown and Jason Gabriel of Austintown, who will cherish his memory along with his grandson Tristan Suber of Youngstown. He was a member of Venture Church in Austintown. Paul loved the Cleveland Browns, cars and being part of his church. Besides his children and grandson, Paul leaves two sisters and one brother. He was preceded in death by his parents, Paul Sr. and Nina, his beloved wife, Christina, and two sisters. Following Paul's wishes there are not calling hours or services planned at this time.
