AUSTINTOWN — Patricia A. Gagye, 91, died Sunday, Jan. 16, 2022, at her residence, with family by her side.

She was born on June 25, 1930, in Youngstown, a daughter of John Vincent and Catherine Shuster Craver.

Patricia was a 1949 graduate of South High School. She worked at Ryan Services for the Catholic Diocese as an office clerk in the financial accounting donation department. She then worked at St. Elizabeth Hospital as a clerk.

She was a member of St. John the Baptist Church in Campbell. Years later, she became an active member of Bethel Assembly, where she sang in the choir and was a member of the card committee. She especially enjoyed spending Saturdays with her daughters, shopping, laughing and getting lunch.

Patricia is survived by four daughters, Katharyn (Emery) Cutting of Milton Township, Donna (Stephen) Whitacre of McDonald, Roseann (Mark) Susany of Boardman and Sally (Scott) Guy of Colorado Springs; 41 grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by first husband, Joseph Robert Fairall, on Feb. 26, 1968; her second husband, Coleman J. Gagye on April 9, 1997; son, Joseph Robert Fairall Jr.; four sisters, Marcella Langenheim, Mary Ellen Adams, Eileen Betsch and Anna Marie Craver; two brothers, James and John Craver; and grandson, Joseph Paul Whitacre.

A private funeral service was held, and Patricia was laid to rest in Calvary Cemetery. A celebration of life will be held at the Fellows Riverside Gardens gazebo at a later date.
