CANFIELD - Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. at the Boardman Baptist Church for Mary DeCerbo, 70, who passed away Sunday at her home.
Mary was born June 17, 1945, in Midland, Texas, a daughter of the late Wayne E. and Lois M. (Fisher) Kachner.
Mary was owner and operator of Kathryn's Kookies. She was an active member of the Boardman Baptist Church. She enjoyed reading, especially the Bible, and doing Bible studies. Mary dedicated her life to taking care of her family and was a wonderful mother to her sons.
Mary leaves her three sons, David (Jennifer) Wright of Salem, and Matthew and Anthony DeCerbo, both of Canfield; her brother, Greg (Jacki) Kachner of Stevensville, Mich.; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; two nieces; two great-nieces; and a great-nephew.
Mary was preceded in death by a son, Terry Wright.
Family and friends may call Wednesday from 10 to 11 a.m. at the church.
Material tributes may take the form of donations to the Boardman Baptist Church.
Professional arrangements are being handled by the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Homes, Boardman-Canfield Chapel.
