Laura M. Kroll

CANFIELD - Laura M. Kroll, age 60, passed away peacefully at her home on April 28, 2025.

Born on October 11, 1964, in Youngstown, the daughter of Ralph and Patricia McNulty Kroll.

A proud graduate of Ursuline High School, Laura devoted many years as a bartender at Hollywood Gaming, having been with the establishment since its opening. Her engaging personality made her a favorite among patrons, and she was known for her ability to bring joy and laughter to those around her. Her family fondly remembers Laura as the life of the party, someone who took joy in planning gatherings and bringing loved ones together.

Laura was a long-time member of St. Christine Church. She had a profound love for her granddaughter, Addison McCaskey, spending cherished moments with her, especially playing in the park. Her hobbies included gardening, bird watching and playing "Queen of Hearts," pursuits that brought her great satisfaction and camaraderie with friends and family alike. As a sports enthusiast, Laura was a dedicated Buffalo Bills fan and adored quarterback Josh Allen. She fondly remembered attending a game that was a highlight in her life, fulfilling a cherished wish on her bucket list.

Laura leaves behind her daughter, Ashley Kroll of Canfield; grandchildren, Addison and Garrett McCaskey; her sisters, Brenda (Rick) Crawford of Austintown, Sheila (Ken) Kroll-Dickinson of Youngstown, and Gail (Tim) King of New Mexico; her brothers, Brian Kroll of Clearwater and Ralph (Kelly) Kroll of Rotonda, FL; several nieces and nephews; and her beloved pets, Dixie, Boots and Juicy.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Maureen (Al) Barnhart and a sister-in-law, Darlene Kroll.

Friends and family may call Friday, May 2, 2025 from 4 to 6 pm at the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Homes, Austintown Chapel.

A Prayer Service will begin Saturday, May 3, 2025 at 10:15 am at the funeral, followed by the Mass of Christian Burial at 11 am at St. Christine Church.
