YOUNGSTOWN - Our beloved Kayla M. Williams, departed from this world on May 24, 2024, at the age of 36, at St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital.

She was born on May 18, 1988, in Youngstown, Ohio.

Kayla was preceded in death by her son, Jaxon Lee Hofus; grandparents, Robert E. (Deborah E. Willings) Williams; grandfather, Earl J. Barron; grandfather, Sergeant William Sullivan; grandmother, Elizabeth Gowdy.

Kayla is survived by her mother, Jacquline Williams; her father, Curtis Lee Gowdy; step-father, Troy L. Barron; two sons, Landon Williams and Ladell Williams-Rivera; sister, Kenya Gowdy; and multiple cousins aunts and uncles.

In remembrance of Kayla, a funeral service will be held at the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Homes, Austintown Chapel on May 30, 2024, at 5:00 pm. Prior to the service, calling hours will take place at the same location from 4:00 pm onwards.
