Joanne M. Fabrizio

Youngstown - Joanne M Fabrizio passed away on Thursday July 3, 2025 at the Inn at Poland Way, Poland, Ohio. 

Joanne was born June 22, 1939 to Dominic and Rose (Santore) DiPasquale.

Joanne was a proud Wilson High School class of 1957 graduate. She enjoyed many years of “57” girls luncheons and Christmas parties. She was a proud scholarship recipient from St. Elizabeth hospital, where she became a cytotechnologist and worked in the lab. Joanne had a career change after she married her husband Edmond R Fabrizio on December 26, 1960. She completed a funeral director apprenticeship, passed her state board, and worked side by side with her husband at Fabrizio Funeral Home until his passing on September 1, 1996. She then continued the family tradition for 18 years, working until her retirement in 2014.

Joanne was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, several little angels, infant son and infant daughter Nicole.

Joanne is survived by her daughter, Marianne (Ed) Klein; granddaughter, Kaitlyn (Eric) Liston; grandson, Nicholas Klein; great grandson, Oliver Joseph Liston; sister, Maria (Rick) Cunningham; brother, Gary DiPasquale; and several nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will be held from 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM Wednesday July 9, 2025 at St. Dominic Church 77E. Lucius Avenue,Youngstown, Ohio followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 3:00 PM.
