Janette Elnora Wickham, 69, passed away Nov. 21, 2014 at Hospice House in Poland, Ohio.
Jan was born June 5, 1945 in Falls City, Nebraska, a daughter of the late Henry and Elnora (Stratton) Mack.
She attended Dawson-Verdon High School. She played in the band and was on the speech team. Her greatest love was 4-H and her animals.
On June 30, 1961, Janette married the love of her life, Terry L. Wickham. Together they created three beautiful daughters. Terry passed away Oct. 27, 2010 after a lengthy illness, after 49 years of marriage.
While married their jobs took them to California, Nebraska., Kansas, Oklahoma., Florida., Texas., and back to Oklahoma to retire. Jan loved the long horn cows, so they went to Oklahoma too. After Terry's passing she moved to Ohio to be near her family. She worked 20 year in law enforcement.
Jan is survived by three daughters Nanette (Lonnie) Ankrom of Salem, Neb., Valerie Wickham of Austintown and Sally Wickham of Tulsa,Ok.; seven grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister Donna Bright of Ralston, Neb. and her brother Charles (Gail) Mack of Verdon and four nieces and nephews.
She was also preceded in death by her brother Fredrick H. Mack and great grandson Braxton K. Butler.
There will be no calling hours or services.
