Donald "Peppy" Pomaro, 92

Peppy passed away peacefully at home from Alziemers on March 25,2025.

Born Kenneth Donald Brosnack on August 16, 1932 in Youngstown,Ohio. Son of Helen (Brosnack) and later adopted his Step Fathers, Anthony Pomaro, name.

He graduated from Rayen High school in 1950 before going on to serve in the Korean War as a United States Marine.

After working for General Motors as a painter he was thrilled to retire in 2001 leaving him more time to golf with his buddies.

Peppy was a life long member of St Joseph's Church in Austintown where he enjoyed volunteering and working as an Usher.

His often loud , and humorous personality will be missed.

Peppy was buried in a private ceremony with full military honors with his grandparents, George and Mary Brosnack at Calvary Cemetery in Youngstown, Ohio.
