Dion Serrano

BOARDMAN-Services will be Saturday at 11:00 AM at the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Home, Poland Chapel for Dion P. Serrano age 38 of Boardman who passed away suddenly this past weekend in Pittsburgh, Pa. Dion was born June 25, 1965, in Salt Lake City, Utah. He was a graduate and received his Bachelor of Science degree from American River College, and later received an honorary Ph.D. from Brandice University. He is survived by his wife, the former Linda Metzger Spoto whom he married April 14, 2000, his parents Tony and Brenda Serrano of Sacramento, CA, his 3 year old daughter Isabella V. Serrano at home, four sisters Floraida Holst of West Valley, Utah, Mary Louie Sanone of Salt Lake City, Utah, Stella Peter Lenzen of Taylorsville, Utah, and Olivia Dick Sterken of Battle Creek, Michigan, three brothers Alfonzo Francis Serrano of Murray, Utah, Peter Jim Pirlo Serrano of Taylorsville, Utah, and Ralph Serrano of Midvale, Utah.
he was preceded in death by his first wife Sharon in 1999, a sister Maureen, and infant brothers, and sisters.
