Bernice Petrilli

POLAND - Prayers will begin Tuesday at 9:30 a.m. at the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Homes, Poland Chapel, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. at the Holy Family Church for Bernice Petrilli, 93, who died Friday morning at home.
Bernice was born Aug. 6, 1920, in Pacentro, Italy, to Giuseppe and Rosa (Di Nello) Rubino, and came to this county in 1957.
Bernice was a homemaker and dedicated her life to her family. She was a member of the Holy Family Church and a former member of the Pacentro Club. Bernice was also an avid gardener.
Her husband, Arturo Petrilli, died in 1992.
Bernice is survived by two sons, Joseph Petrilli of Canfield and Renato Petrilli of Maryland; a sister, Elena DeLeonardis of Michigan; four grandchildren, Joe A. (Teresa) Petrilli, Denise, Julie and Andrew Petrilli; and a great-granddaughter, Abigail.
She was preceded in death by four brothers, Pasquale, Lorenzo, Marco and Guerino Rubino, and a sister, Adelina Tirimacco.
Family and friends may call on Monday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
