Arnold R. Dixon

BOARDMAN - Arnold Richard Dixon died on October 6, 2025, at the age of 77.

He was born on April 15, 1948, in Youngstown, Ohio, a son of Arnold Reed Dixon and Regina Airobell Glick Dixon. Arnold was a 1967 graduate of East High School. He was a proud United States Marine who honorably served his country during the Vietnam War. He went on to pursue a career as an electronic technician with Sears.

He enjoyed bowling with friends and weightlifting. Arnold is survived by his wife, Linda Perry Dixon, whom he married on July 10, 1969; daughter, Michelle (Brian) Schnell; son, Richard Dixon; sisters, Rochelle Blanco and Linda Durham; and three grandchildren. In addition to his parents, Arnold was preceded in death by his brother, Thomas Waltz.

Arnold will be laid to rest in Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
