He was very supportive of Catholic education and was involved in several fund raising campaigns for Ursuline and Cardinal Mooney High Schools. He was an active member of St. Stanislaus Church.

Frank is survived by his wife of 61 years, the former Dorothy Dubos, for whom he had lovingly cared for the past eight years; four children, Elaine (Charles) Mauch, Bonnie (Ron) Stoops, Marilyn (Eddy) Handel, and John (Mari) Petrony; 12 grandchildren, Tara (Chris) Reuscher, Jonathan (Christina) and Dan Mauch, Melanie (Justin) Kurzweil, Ron (Jenna), Joe and John Stoops, Brad, Jennifer and Mark Handel, and Luke and Matthew Petrony; and four great-grandchildren.
